Tanya Aneja
counselling psychologist
I am a queer-friendly, disability-inclusive therapist, providing virtual therapy sessions under supervision. I have helped several young adults, primarily aged 18-30 years, with their mental health concerns.
Currently, I am based in Delhi, India. I completed a BSc Psychology at the University of Sheffield, UK and an MSc Mental Health in Children and Young People: Psychological Approaches at the University of Edinburgh, UK.
I use an eclectic approach in supporting my clients, which means I combine elements from different therapies to tailor support to your needs.
I believe you know yourself the best, and I’m here to work with you to support your journey.

Evidence-based therapeutic support
Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and find new ways forward.
I support clients with concerns such as:
Mood & Anxiety
Self & Identity
Life Challenges
BSc Psychology from the University of Sheffield

Certified Mental Health First Aider
I believe that therapy works best when it’s collaborative. I believe you know yourself best, and together we can work together to support your journey. My role is to provide tools, insights, and a safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
I take a trauma-informed and flexible approach, drawing from different evidence-based therapies to fit your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Depending on what you’re working through, we might use techniques from:
